Terms of Service — Grozzy Fitness

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Grozzy Fitness mobile application (the “App”), provided by Griffin Jasper (“we”, “us”, or “Grozzy”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Health disclaimer. Grozzy Fitness is a fitness-tracking tool, not a medical device or a substitute for professional advice. Consult a qualified physician before beginning any exercise program. You use the App and perform any exercises at your own risk.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the App. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the workout data, measurements, and other content you create in the App (“Your Content”). You grant us the limited right to store and process Your Content solely to operate the App and provide its features to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Grozzy Pro subscriptions

Grozzy Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered on a monthly and an annual plan. Current pricing is shown in the App at the point of purchase (and may vary by region and over time).
The annual plan may include a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription.
Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies; we generally cannot issue refunds directly.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App, except as permitted by law;
use the App to violate any law or infringe anyone’s rights;
interfere with or disrupt the App, its servers, or other users’ access;
attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

6. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that could cause harm or legal liability.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be preserved.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless your local law requires otherwise.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide notice within the App or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
